For the second year running Ballymena’s U14, U16 and U18 youth sides have reached the Ulster league play offs. Ballymena are the only club in Ulster to have all 3 youth teams represented in the province wide competition. To qualify for this our teams had to finish in the top 2 of their Ulster North League.

Last year the the U14s and U18s reached the semi final stage with the U16s reaching the final.

To qualify for the play offs this year the U18s won 14 of their 16 league games on their way to finishing second in the table, U16s won 15 of their 16 league games on their way to topping their table and U14s matched the U18s with 14 wins in 16 games.

The first round of play offs take place on 22 February

U18s play Ballyclare (away)

U16s play Donaghdee (home)

U14s play Carrick (away)

Good luck to all teams and congratulations on your success so far this year.
