Division 1B kicks off on the first weekend in October with an all Ulster clash featuring Ballymena at home to Malone who topped Division 2A with 16 wins from 18.   This will be a strong test at the start of the UBL season and is followed by a trip to Naas on the 13th and then a visit from St. Mary’s College who are aiming to bounce back from last season’s relegation.  The final UBL game in October will be a trip to Banbridge to face a Banbridge side who narrowly missed out on promotion last time out.
